About Goodround on the slopes
Remote ski education that actually fits around mountain conditions — not the other way around. We connect learners across Estonia with instructors who know the terrain.
Distance was the point, not the problem
Ski instruction has always had a geography problem — good coaches cluster near major resorts, leaving learners in smaller regions with whatever happens to be local. goodround was built specifically to close that gap, connecting Estonian learners with qualified instructors regardless of where either party is located.
Sessions run as live video with real-time feedback on technique, equipment choices, and route planning. Group sessions keep costs reasonable; private lessons go deeper into individual mechanics. Both formats work around actual ski seasons and weather windows.
The instructors behind the sessions
Four specialists, each with a different focus — from beginner fundamentals to off-piste technique and race prep.
Tiit Rebane
Specialises in beginner-to-intermediate transitions. Runs structured group sessions with clear progression checkpoints.
Kadri Mägi
Former competitive skier with a focus on edge control and carving mechanics. Private sessions only — she works through video analysis frame by frame.
Peeter Kaljurand
Avalanche safety certified. Covers terrain reading, route selection, and the kind of decision-making that doesn't appear in standard lesson plans.
Race prep
A dedicated race technique instructor is joining the team for the next season. Applications open in August.
Three ways to participate
Different learners need different structures. Each tier reflects a genuine difference in access and commitment — not just a price ladder.

Learners from across the country
Most participants live more than 90 minutes from a ski resort. Remote sessions let them build technical knowledge during the off-season and arrive at the slopes with a clearer plan rather than starting from scratch each winter.
Sessions run in Estonian and English. Regional time zones across the country are accommodated in the scheduling — early morning slots for eastern regions, evening options for western participants.
